1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Eventrio website and platform, operated by Codevotech Technologies ("Eventrio", "we", "us"). By creating an account, booking a demo, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Plans, billing and taxes

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance for the plan you select — Gold, Platinum or Executive.
• All prices shown on the site are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% is added to every invoice.
• Plan limits, including the number of active projects, are as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the current billing period.
• We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

When using Eventrio, you agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone else's rights.
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or another customer's data.
• Resell, sublicense or share your account with people outside your organisation.
• Interfere with the operation of the service, including by placing unreasonable load on it.
• Copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of everything you put into Eventrio — your leads, quotes, guest lists, vendor records and invoices. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, back up and display that data so we can provide the service to you.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to store any personal data you enter about your clients and vendors. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep Eventrio available and running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to suspend access for maintenance, and will give notice where we reasonably can. Support is provided by email during Indian business hours.

7. Intellectual property

The Eventrio platform, its software, design, branding and documentation belong to Codevotech Technologies. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. You may use the service only as permitted here.

8. Third-party services

Eventrio may connect to third-party tools such as payment gateways or messaging providers. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

9. Suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, if payment fails and remains unpaid, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eventrio is provided "as is" and we exclude all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to the service and these terms

We continue to develop Eventrio and may add, change or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms, we will give you notice by email or in the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
