1. Who we are

Eventrio is a CRM and operations platform for wedding companies, built and operated by Codevotech Technologies ("Eventrio", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and platform, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that we need in order to run the service:

• Account details you give us — name, business name, email address, phone number and billing details.
• Business data you enter into the platform — leads, quotes, guest lists, vendor records, invoices and related notes.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Communications — messages you send us by email or through in-product support.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate and maintain the Eventrio platform.
• Process payments and send invoices and renewal notices.
• Respond to support requests and demo enquiries.
• Improve the product — diagnose faults, monitor performance and understand which features are used.
• Send service announcements and, where you have opted in, product updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

4. Data you enter about your clients

Much of what you store in Eventrio is personal data about your own clients and vendors. You remain responsible for that data and for having a lawful basis to hold it. We process it only on your instructions — to provide the service to you — and never sell it or use it to build our own marketing lists.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Eventrio — for example hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics — and only to the extent they need it to perform that work. Those providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

6. Where your data is stored

Eventrio is built in India and your platform data is stored on servers located in India. Where a service provider processes data outside India, we take steps to ensure a comparable level of protection applies.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain records — for example tax and accounting records — for a longer period under applicable law.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular backups to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you without undue delay if a breach affects your personal data.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, delete it, or restrict how we use it. You can also object to processing carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests.

10. Cookies

We use only the cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure, plus basic analytics that tell us how the site is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the platform may then stop working correctly.

11. Children

Eventrio is a business tool and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change we will notify you by email or through a notice in the platform before the change takes effect. The date below always reflects the current version.
